Please select a preferred date and time that you would like James to come to your practice to perform your requested scan. Please ensure that you select the correct scan required. If the time or date you would like is not avaiable, please email us on ellen@soundwaveimaging.co.uk with your request as we may be able to move things around in our diary to accommodate it. 

Please note that Friday and Saturday Mornings are for Emergency Scans only and are subject to an emergency call out fee. 

** Same day or Urgent next day scans will be subject to an emergency call out fee ** will will confirm this at the time of confirmation 

Scan requests are not confirmed until we have sent you an outlook invite to confirm the scan and arrangements. We aim to confirm all requests by email within 1-2 hours.
